Sergio Benedetti is the Head of People Operations at ESTECO, where he oversees areas such as recruiting, internal organization, wellbeing, engagement, remote working, and compensation. With a master's degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Trieste, Sergio began their career as a web developer before transitioning to software development for modeFRONTIER, SOMO, and VOLTA. He later advanced to a team manager role, shifting focus to people management. In his current position, he is dedicated to creating an inclusive work environment that promotes organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
