ESTECO will notify the winners via email (PEC for Italian Entrants) no later than May 20, 2024. An award ceremony is scheduled during the ESTECO Users’ Meeting 2024 which will take place in Trieste, Italy, on June 4 and 5.
The prizes outlined below are awarded per Entry, not per Entrant. Meaning, whether an Entry is submitted by an individual or a team, the prize amount doesn’t change. Teams, if awarded a prize, will be responsible for naming an individual member to whom the prize will be delivered (Team leader). This individual member will then equally split the prize amongst the team members listed during the Registration.
The prizes are as follows:
Single Student Prize: 750,00 EUR
Single Graduate / PhD Prize: 750,00 EUR .
Student Team Prize*: 1500,00 EUR.

*The total amount of the prize will be transferred to the responsible Team leader (see above). A letter will be signed by the Team member, with the list of all the team members and a commitment from the Team leader to transfer the total amount split in equal parts.

Entrants will have thirty (30) days from the date of notification (from May 20 to June 20, 2024) to claim their prize. If an Entrant does not claim their prize within this time period, a new winner will be selected.
