Mr. Felice is the Principal and Founder of virsolTech Engineering Consulting, which partners with software technology companies to leverage automotive engineering expertise in developing “simple and practical” integrated simulation solutions that accelerate and improve product development cycles. He currently advises leading simulation technology firms, applying fast-paced methods to enhance process efficiency, strengthen design robustness, and advance innovative solutions for electric propulsion systems, including motors and battery units. Mr. Felice serves on the NAFEMS Council (Board of Directors) and was elected as a NAFEMS Technical Fellow in 2024. Prior to founding virsolTech, he retired as Global Manager for Powertrain Calibration, Controls, and NVH CAE at Ford Motor Company, where he led a large, multinational team of CAE engineers across North America, Europe, and India. In this role, he oversaw all analytical efforts supporting Ford’s global powertrains, driving advancements in performance, fuel economy, drivability, and sound quality. He has published and presented extensively at international symposiums and conferences and has been invited multiple times as a visiting professor at the Universities of Rome, Naples, and Salerno in Italy.
