Matteo is the Head of Customer Support & Success at ESTECO and oversees global Professional Services across the US, Europe, and India. With a Master’s in Software Engineering, he worked in the field of Business Intelligence at the University of Bologna and joined ESTECO in 2015 to develop the VOLTA platform. He keeps people and teams at the center, working cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes for both customers and the company.
