Tim Franken is an academic researcher at the chair of thermodynamics and thermal process engineering at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg, Germany. He obtained a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and energy technology in 2014 from BTU. He researches on the integration of zero-dimensional and three-dimensional simulation tools in engine and fuel co-optimization processes.
