Polymers 2022 - New Trends in Polymer Science: Health of the Planet, Health of the People will be held in Turin from 25 to 27 May.

The abstract titled "Molecular docking and DFT calculations of bio-based aliphatic and aromatic polyesters" was presented for the conference with Danilo Di Stefano as co-author.

This work highlights how the recent advances in computer science, together with advances in modelling tools for both polymer and enzymes and the availability of organized and accessible data, make possible to apply powerful analysis based on artificial intelligence and machine learning approaches allowing to evaluate the environmental safety for new tailor-made biodegradable plastics design.
