Tobias Gloesslein is the Team Leader of the Engineering & Support team at ESTECO in Nürnberg, Germany. After graduating with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College (USA) and completing his Master’s in Product Development and Systems Design at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, including a thesis collaboration with Cummins, Tobias joined ESTECO as an Application Engineer in 2020. He currently leverages his background to lead engineering activities and help solve complex technical challenges, ranging from automation and design optimization to simulation process and data management.
